“在線營銷解決方案”收入同比增長11%至6,656萬美元
香港2021年11月30日 /美通社/ -- 中國領(lǐng)先的企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營和營銷云平臺(tái)愛點(diǎn)擊集團(tuán)iClick(NASDAQ:ICLK)發(fā)布截至2021年9月30日,未經(jīng)審計(jì)的2021年第三季度財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)績。
在愛點(diǎn)擊的兩大業(yè)務(wù)版塊方面,“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營解決方案”收入連續(xù)八個(gè)季度破歷史紀(jì)錄,達(dá)到2,026萬美元,同比增長131%,主要得益于市場對(duì)線上線下消費(fèi)者行為數(shù)據(jù)整合和數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型需求的持續(xù)增長。“在線營銷解決方案” 收入在三季度穩(wěn)步增長,達(dá)6,656萬美元,同比增長11%。兩大核心業(yè)務(wù)在2021年第三季度保持穩(wěn)健增長,拉動(dòng)公司第三季度收入達(dá)到8,682萬美元,同比增長26%。
在集團(tuán)利潤方面,2021年第三季度毛利潤為2,172萬美元,同比增長8%,主要得益于毛利率相對(duì)較高的“企業(yè)數(shù)字化運(yùn)營解決方案”業(yè)務(wù)的貢獻(xiàn)不斷提高。
此外,根據(jù)非美國通用會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則調(diào)整后EBITDA,在三季度達(dá)到358萬美元。2021年第三季度調(diào)整后凈利為83萬美元。

2020年12月10日,愛點(diǎn)擊宣布董事會(huì)批準(zhǔn)了一項(xiàng)股票回購計(jì)劃,計(jì)劃在2020年12月30日至2021年12月31日期間回購最高價(jià)值達(dá)1,500萬美元的股票。另外,董事會(huì)于2021年8月25日批準(zhǔn)公司將此項(xiàng)股票回購計(jì)劃的規(guī)模從1,500萬美元提升至2,500萬美元。截止至2021年9月30日,回購股票的總價(jià)值約為740萬美元。
